Because each Patinae piece is handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Subtle variations in form, color, and texture are a natural part of handmade work and reflect the presence of the artisan’s hand. These variations are not considered defects.
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at patinaestudio@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us promptly if there are any issues.
Non-returnable items
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item (if applicable), we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
